nikaexlibris 's review for:
Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children
by Ransom Riggs
I watched the adaptation when it first came out, and later found out there was a book, but I never got around to reading it and forgot the plot, and I wanted that atmosphere, so I decided to read it.
From what I remember, the film isn't very different from the book, except for the romantic line (shock), and some details.
It's hard for me to rate it, but I will definitely read the second part, since I wanted to know what happens next even while watching the movie.
I actually liked the idea and atmosphere.
