The subject of the book really intrested me..
The concept of being able to find out "the measure of one's life" is very intriguing indeed. Would you want to know how long you've got to live? Such a great question and a conversation starter!
The author introduced many characters (there's a lot of POVs in this book and at first I really thought I would struggle keeping up) and you get to find out their individual stories. Beacause there's so many of them, I was worried that they won't be developed properly, but each one was written in a rich and personal way. I liked them - excpet the obvious ones that is ;)
It was really good to see how they ended up connecting at the end as well!
What I found very intresting to see is the discussion about how the knowledge like that would influence not only personal lives, but how much impact it would have socially and sociologically as well!
very good read indeed!
