I was a little disappointed upon starting this book, I was hoping to be reading Dylan and Heidi's story and it appeared that wasn't the case. If this is you...KEEP READING! It's not Dylan and Heidi's story but it's probably the best story in the whole series! It IS Dylan's story...and you WILL see what happened to Heidi, so it's not the total bummer I thought it was going to be.
This story is SO powerful. It's not just one member of the couple who has tragedy to overcome and obstacles the face. Both are fighting their own demons and must learn to be there for each other and allow the other to be there for them. It's difficult to open yourself up to love after you've been hurt so deeply and it's something that people need to do in order to grow and move on. This book shows that so eloquently.
You will cry, I don't want to give details, but it is sad, but at the end you will be happy and possibly wanting more...if you're anything like me that is. I would love to see a story about Tristan. I would also love to see, perhaps, an update book that tells us where they all are maybe 10 years from now? I just really connected with all of the characters throughout the series and I wanted it to keep going on forever.
