After spending the last 15 years surrounded by soccer with my son playing I was excited to read Striking Heat!
I absolutely loved that this was focused on a female athlete! Mackenzie Dixon, captain of a brand new NWSL team in Tampa Bay, meets new journalist Danny Taylor and man do they bump heads! Right off the bat, with his hard hitting question, he sees something instantly in Mac.
I love a good banter. The chemistry is perfect!
