My brain was practically dancing out of joy while reading this book.

Like many other people, I am here after Martian. I read Martian few years ago and it still stays as a favorite. So I came here in hopes of another good book.

And I loved it.

I love how much faith Andy has in humanity. It's evident in his writing and is really heart warming to read. Easily one of my favorite things in his books excluding the humor and optimism of the main characters.

If we ever meet extra terrestrial life, I hope they are as considerate and endearing as Rocky.

Overall, I still love Martian more, but this cuts very close to it and I'm so happy I read this.
