Lost Among the Living by Simone St. James
5.0
I really enjoyed this book. Nice gothic horror/mystery, with a narrative heavily influenced by its setting of 1921 Great Britain. I guessed a couple of the twists, but they were beautifully and unexpectedly delivered. I adored the main perspective character, Jo. She sees straight through bullshit, and isn’t afraid to call people on it.
