- A lovely "shock" ending that leaves you hungry for the next book but also satisfied
Yes, if you are able to rub your brain cells together, you can guess certain twists. But people forget it's not how shocking a story is, it's how it's TOLD that matters, and this one does that very well.
The world building was set up in this book in such a way, you just know the next book will be all GO GO GO. And I'm ready.
