I guess I should have taken a break from this series. There didn't seem to be much of a story here. Amelia takes things into her own hands and proposes to Luc. Thinking that his family is short of money she proposes a marriage of convenience, and that she will convince him to fall in love with her in time. However, Luc has just had an investment come in but does not admit that he doesn't need her money because he does want to marry her. (Too much male doesn't want to admit feelings, needs...) There is a thief thrown in too.
