As always, the Lunar Chronicles does it again! This is a wonderful "final" installment of the amazing series. The overarching villain in the Lunar Chronicles series is given a heartbreaking backstory in this sensational one-off. For a moment you forget the torment and violence she brings to the heroine of the beloved series and her friends, and you genuinely feel for Levana. But, even as she lulls you into a sense of compassion she shows you that she's not as innocent as she wants you to believe. In one of my favorite shows of "unreliable narrator", Levana takes you on a journey where half the time you agree with her and half the time you want her dead on the steps of the palace.
