Crooked Kingdom is the perfect sequel to Six of Crows — darker, deeper, and even more gripping. The crew’s back together, and the stakes are higher than ever. I loved how Bardugo dives into each character’s struggles and loyalty, with even more emotional weight and jaw-dropping twists. The slow-burn romances get richer, the banter stays sharp, and the world’s grime feels real. If you thought the first was good, this one absolutely smashes it. Seriously, these anti-heroes are impossible not to root for.
