Tipo Uma História de Amor by Abdi Nazemian

I think this book tells an important story, but from the perspective of a cis gay man - which left out important figures in the LGBT+ movement, like all the black trans women who fought with their lives for our rights and against AIDS, and who suffered just as much as cis gay men.
Besides, the characters felt flat to me. They didn't make me feel things. The only time I teared up was in the author notes at the end of the book.
I didn't have great expectations for this books, but I still felt a little disappointed.
It's not a bad book, it's just... missing something.
