This was a 2* for me. While the premise of the book was great I really didn’t like what Leeds did to ‘Layla’. The entire time I felt so frustrated that he and willow would keep using Laylas body despite her deteriorating mental state. What made it worse was the fact she already had been through such an unbelievable trauma.
Now, I understand that throughout the book post shooting Layla was in fact Sable (a twist I personally didn’t guess) and willow was in fact Layla however, I just can’t accept the fact Leeds would willingly abandon his girlfriend for the sake of getting to know a ghost.
