Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.
I was highly anticipating this book but had to stop when only a few chapters in a character was introduced with a series of extremely ugly and overt antisemitic tropes. This wasn’t just one line that the author didn’t think through, the author chose to refer to a new character exclusively as “the hook nosed girl” dozens of times within a single chapter. Disappointing.
