This story was so heartbreaking and so happy they both got a HEA! I can’t even imagine all the pain, trauma & grief they had to go through just for being one type of ethnicity (Jews) and then be treated so inhuman. The history of Jews always makes me sad and also teaches us lessons of life. Yes, many can complain day to day but do need to understand that we are in a different place of the world where we have more freedom than any others in different countries.
It allows us to reflect, sympathize and understand how many others people don’t have the same freedom as many do. I definitely need to get myself a physical copy of this book.
