The Art of Happiness: A Handbook for Living by Howard C. Cutler, Dalai Lama XIV
5.0

I think this is a book to be read slowly, and preferably to own, as it did not lend itself well to library due dates. Each section has something worth considering, and so I think the ideal way to read it is in short spurts, to allow yourself enough time to reflect, consider, analyze, or practice the thoughts and ideas put forth.

I would love to own this book because I foresee myself coming back to it again and again.
