The Clashing Of Our Worlds: A Young Adult Science Fantasy by Lyndi Allison
4.0
In this third and final story in the Summer Triangle Trilogy, Jas and Gloria find themselves on an alien plant millions of miles away from earth, albeit closer than before. Upon landing on the planet, Gaia, they quickly meet the Pan people, a race of half-goat, half-humans whom an elusive enemy is terrorizing. Once again, Gloria and Jas, two teens tormented by the loss of loved ones—Jas, his baby sister, and Gloria, her dad—take on the role of protectors, determined to help their new friends.
The story was just as enjoyable to read as the first two books, but while I enjoyed the trilogy, I'd be lying if I said I was perfectly content with the ending. Although the kids are finally reunited with their parents, when the story ends, it seems there is room for more adventure—this time on earth. I was happy we got rid of the evil Rexdale earlier, but now it seems we have another agency jerk. And that is where the book ends.
