A Duke's Promise is the final installment in the much-loved Forgotten Castles series, with a more dangerous mission Alex had ever encountered (if it is even possible). I think the ending was a bit too good to be true, yet it was also perfect. The relationship between Alex and Gabriel deepens along with their faith to God, which made the journey more bearable.
