Kind of scary learning how many different areas of your life sleep impacts and how important that impact is, especially given that we never learn anything about it in schools etc. I think everyone would benefit from reading this book.
It was also interesting and enjoyable to read without flinching from scientific details. Generally a very well-written non-fiction book.
