I Want to Die But I Want to Eat Tteokpokki by Baek Se-hee

2.0

The sessions seemed superficial and surface level. I couldn't connect with her thought process at any point. I couldn't take anything away from her experience or relate because it was just so naive feeling. The while book just felt like watching someone self sabotage and then a therapist saying " Well just don't be depressed or think about being sad". I dont think this is the pick-me-up us mental health girlies we're looking for.
