This book ended me. I didn't think I could be hurt anymore after City of Blades but man was I wrong. City of Miracles was a great end to an even greater series. I didn't realize going into these books that they would follow the main trio over many long years. You don't often see that done but it really, really worked here. It added more meaning to everything that happened, everything Shara, Sigurd, and Mulaghesh worked for. And despite how devastating the ending was (RIP me), I wouldn't have wanted this series to end any other way. I don't think it can. Anyway, please read the Divine Cities trilogy and have your soul destroyed in the best way possible.
