So, here I am, a fat bitch, and I'd like to alter myself so I'm a skinny bitch. But I don't know if this book is really what's going to do it for me.
While I loved parts of the book (they were spot on about sugar consumption and portion control), other parts seemed heavy-handed and misguided (I get that we should probably be eating vegetarian food, but I don't think highly-processed faux meat products are the way to go.)
Did it make me think twice about my eating habits? Yes.
Did it live up to all of the hype? No.
