The Sad Ghost Club was such a sweet story of mental health awareness and the power of friendship.
I absolutely loved the transparency and vulnerability of the two ghosts in the story, SG and Socks. For those struggling with anxiety and depression, this little book is like a weighted blanket for the soul. No pun intended.
The mental health representation is incredible. The artwork is well done. The characters are relatable. The story brings hope and light for those in the darkness.
So, If you’ve ever felt invisible, or wanted to be invisible; struggled to get out of bed; had anxiety about the future; or even trouble making friends, The Sad Ghost Club will welcome you with open arms. So allow yourself to be where you are. They will meet you there.
