Dark Notes by Pam Godwin
5.0
Judge me all you want people!!!!! I don’t care!!!
My one complaint: the author referred to Ivory’s skin tone in all the following ways: “white”, “tan-skinned”, “tawny”, “creamy”, “dark-skinned”, “sun-kissed”. It did not truly matter what Ivory’s skin tone was (except the author did drive home the point that Ivory was the only white girl in her neighborhood but I digress) but PICK A LANE GIRL!!
This book is QUITE taboo so if you arent into that move along but for all my fellow weirdos, hop on in!
