The back 30% of this book is worth slogging through the first 30% of posh girl problems. You'll guess one plot twist off the bat, but the other twist was a lovely surprise well set up and right infront of you the entire time. Executed with lovely use of alternative verb choices to create voice and feeling, House of Hollow is gruesome and lovely as the Hollow sisters themselves.
