Talking to Strangers: What We Should Know about the People We Don't Know
by Malcolm Gladwell
It's worth a read, it's engaging and thought provoking.
Just the overarching argument was unnecessary and flimsy. The writer seems to have made a common error, forming a conclusion then collecting evidence to back it up.
Glaring variables completely ignored as they don't fit the writers narrative.
Immensely irritating flaws, take away the introduction and conclusion and the book is excellent.
