I didn't really care for the story here, but the only reason I'm giving this three stars over two is because of Bronson Pinchot's narration. He is my absolute favorite Audible narrator, and when I downloaded this book randomly while on the train, I actually whooped out loud when I heard it was narrated by Bronson (he played Balki in the 80's TV show 'Perfect Stranger's'...remember him?).

Aside from that, I found the story to be slow and very over-written. None of the characters were particularly likable, and we're TOLD everything instead of shown, which is not a way of writing that I particularly care for. This is my first book by Tahereh Mafi, and I'm sure it will be my last.
