The primary couple had really fun banter and I felt like the main character had really interesting, well-developed emotional trauma. The investigation of her family’s trauma and its effects on her romance//general life choices. However, the romance was def very insta-lusty and I didn’t really buy the bedroom dynamics either. Lots of the juicy trauma that the author basically just left in the dust. I still had a great experience with the book!
