Cute story but the miscommunication trope got a little old. Also, we were never explained why Dylan’s dad did a particularly horrible thing to her.

Asked Dylan’s ex to sing the music for Dylan’s movie/spoiler> I felt like it shouldn’t have even been a part of the story if there was no resolution. It definitely was not needed.
