Blazing a Trail: Irish Women Who Changed the World by Sarah Webb

4.0

This is a wonderful book and I loved learning about some exceptional women in Ireland’s history. I especially loved the page at the end with women who are going places right now. We might only be a small island but it’s important to remember that we have done great things in the past, and have a lot to offer now as well.
I was disappointed though with the inclusion of Dr James Barry in it. It is wildly accepted that he was a man and therefore should not have been included in a book of great women.
