This was a very fun and very quick read for me. I liked the premise and the trope/idea of parallel earths is a very fun one, and I think it was done quite well here. I also thought that it seemed a reasonable approximation of how the US would respond to learning of people in parallel dimensions. I think the action was good, and the drip feed of information kept me wanting to read more. I think at times there was stuff that felt a little rushed, like the romance near the end just kinda popped up out of no where, but didnt hurt the plot at all. I also think that some of the portrayal of Gen Z was a little out of touch, but thats probably because I am gen Z myself. Regardless it was a fun and easy read, and im looking forward to seeing where it goes in the sequels.
