The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

5.0

Once again, John Green manages to take my emotions and STOMP ON THEM until I'm left in the fetal position, asking him why he has to do this to me. That being said, this man has such a knack for being able to make me lose myself in his books. The Fault in Our Stars is written from the perspective of a sixteen year old girl named Hazel, who has terminal cancer. She's literally DYING and that's how the book starts. Just in case our heart strings weren't already severed, she meets a boy. And that's all I'm going to tell you. If you haven't read Looking For Alaska yet, you need to do that and then read this. And then, you'll have to book yourself a really fun vacation because you're going to be so down-right depressed that you'll need some time off to enjoy life and see what it has to offer. I could not put this book down, even when my tears made it so hard to read.
