I enjoyed this book, I read it for hours at a time because I wanted to know what was going to happen! The to-ing and fro-ing got so frustrating and Keira was being downright silly, so I sneaked a peek at the last few pages so I could find out what was going to happen.
Poor Denny, I feel sorry for him because he knew something was wrong and he tried to help their relationship, Keira treated him like crap and she knew that while she loved him she wasn't in love with him! She kept talking about the lack of passion and that she loved Kellan but didn't have the balls to break up with Denny. Very very frustrating and I was pretty happy towards the end when they both left her, that's what you get when you're selfish. Good on Denny for going back to Australia, BTW I loved he was Australian but there were a few phrases in there that weren't said right and he should have said no worries and how ya going more because that's our usual response to everything.
I did think she was really naïve, but she does admit to this throughout, she also admits to being selfish and leading them both on etc. which is a bit redeeming for her.
The writing kept me involved in the story, it was a bit long, the same thing happened a lot the backwards and forwards was draining, the writer could have left a chunk out with it still being the same story. The only thing that really annoyed me about the writing was that the writer...... used a lot ..... of breaks...... in the dialogue, ffs t-t-t-t-today junior, it was like the characters all had stutters. Overall I liked the book and I'll read the next one to see what happens! Hopefully Keira will grow up a bit and not be so annoying.
