Really enjoyed a retelling of the Trojan war from Troy's perspective and weaving in what Troy might have been like. Seeing it through the eyes of some of the women of Troy was great as well.
The pace was a little inconsistent and was a little hard for me to pick up in the middle, but overall was good. Will most likely read the 2nd book to finish off the duology.
