Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens

4.0

When I picked up this book I was first very put off by the writing style, but after a chapter I was hooked. I enjoyed the book sooo much until around halfway through when the trial became the main part of the plot. I loved reading about the main characters life and romance, but when the murder trial became the focus it became a little repetetive. Still, I enjoyed the ending and the moral of the story. The whole plot was very unique and I understand very well why this book has been so popular. Would recommend :)
