Wow! I just finished Angel and all I can say is . . . wow! Although I was starting to get a little annoyed at Max and her love life issues, I was glad when she decided to take Angel's advice and stop worrying about what everyone else is feeling and focus on what she is feeling. When Max started to do that, she became the kick-butt leader I have admired throughout this series.
Two lines stood out for me in this book: "Once spoken, words can't be unspoken." and "But at least Angel was still human enough to cry."
Originally, I thought this was the last Maximum Ride installment, so I was happy to see that in February 2012 there is at least one more: The End of Maximum Ride.
I have been hooked on this series since book one and although I feel sad that the series will come to an end, I am looking forward to seeing how it does all end.
