This book would’ve spoken & helped me so much a few months ago, and stories like this are so needed in teen spaces.

Ophelia After All follows the titular Ophelia Rojas as a high school senior & hopeless romantic who finds herself in a whirlwind of change leading up to graduation.

This book was sapphic, but it was so much more than that. It was about being anything other than straight in POC spaces. It was about navigating & feeling disconnected to your heritage (I really loved that.) It was about a sexuality crisis and not fitting into a box you’ve created for yourself.

Ophelia After All is a coming-of-age that everyone deserves to read. It was so powerful and so so so so so so wonderful.
