eiva 's review for:
Arsène Lupin, Gentleman-Thief
by Maurice Leblanc
medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven:
Plot
Strong character development:
No
I liked the idea of the Arsen Lupin character - the gentlemen thief who has his manners - especially since he is French, however the stories setups were a bit weird, a bit here and there and caused me many confusions.
As for me the character building is super important, I did not really get it much here. However enjoyed the flow. And meeting Sherlock Holmes.
Could sense a bit of descriptive writing while the tempo was once in minutes, once in months.
