"Eyes that Kiss in the Corners" by Joanna Ho and Illustrated by Dung Ho was published in 2021. This book is good for elementary age students and is so inspiring. This story follows a young girl who notices that her eyes look different from her friends eyes. Because her eyes kiss in the corners. This story is a beautiful story about culture and how looking different from others is what makes the world beautiful. This could be used in the classroom as a read aloud or a great addition to any classroom library. It teaches students that they do not all look the same and that's okay! <Inspiring> <Relaxing> <Beautiful imagery>
