This was a fun little snack! So far, I am really loving the Gold Rush Ranch World and this novella showed us a glimpse of the past with Ada and Dermot. I wouldn't say that it was super plot heavy or fleshed out but it was a sweet glimpse into their love story. Romantic with some spice, second chance at love vibes... it's just fun! If you are going to jump into this world, don't skip the novella!
