 I recommend this book if you like: 
-A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series 
-murder mystery 
-YA short novel set in one evening 

Pip attends a murder mystery dinner where herself and all of her friends assume characters and roles. They receive clues throughout the dinner and Pip makes notes of all things suspicious. 

This is what I would call a bonus book to the series and not necessary to read but still enjoyable as it is a short, quick read (listen for me as I had the audiobook).
