My heart has melted. If chocolate was a book, this would be it.

Wow.

I’m yet to read the last book in this trilogy, but oh my gosh this was really amazing and much better than the first one.

It was such a perfectly paced romance. I love it. I love the diversity or the characters. I love all the characters. Nanna has my heart…. I love her lil jokes that she adds 🫢🤭

I literally cried at the end 🥲
It was so beautiful and just made me feel all fuzzy and warm inside. (Don’t worry though, the spice was there 😏🌶️).

Everything about this book was just so great. I’m so happy for them even though they aren’t actual people. 🙄 and Like I didn’t come away from the book thinking about how dull and bleak my life is in comparison, or that I wish I lived in their shoes, I genuinely felt satisfied.

Best romance I’ve read ever 🫠

Also I like that the female protagonist was a black woman, it made me connect to her a bit more… I Dunno how to explain it, but I could just get on her level or brainwave (dunno if that makes sense).

This book is chocolate 🍫 rich all consuming chocolate. I’m in love 😍
