It turned out to be a solid rom-com read and it was all okay nut the mood swings of the MMC gave me whiplash. In the spoiler tag is my rant on why I did not like him, and despite turning into an alright guy I would never had the patience to wait for him to do that.
There's Pride and Prejudice>/i> retelling and then there's hot assholes who need to go see a psychiatrist and get their much needed diagnosis.

Their first meeting was cute - she was spacing in the store and was in his way, they quipped, it was all very rom com. Them he proceeds to randomly show up to the bookstore she runs at 10pm and demand she show him around (he was supposed to do that, but you know, like a normal person not a mugger) then proceeds to insult her taste in books, decorations, and overall existence. And she just takes it? At least Elizabeth Bennet did the lady-like version of flipping Darcy off when he was an arse to her. Then when she manages to shoo him away, telling him to come during opening hours, he proceeds to accost her early morning before opening hours.There's Pride and Prejudice>/i> retelling and then there's hot assholes who need to go see a psychiatrist and get their much needed diagnosis.
