Alex Six by Vince Lee Taplin

4.0

This book was right up my alley and I loved every second of it.

Alex Six lost her husband before they were able to have a child. When she sees Vick in the grocery store, she can’t believe how much he looks like her late husband, and becomes determined to pay him for a sperm sample. Vick has to decide how much money is worth betraying his wife. The book takes a sinister turn when Alex’s true motives become apparent and deadly.

This type of thriller is one you can’t put down. Short chapters are always a bonus. The alternating timelines aren’t unique to thrillers, but the time lapse between the two was a fun feature! Highly recommend!
