It was okay, tho i prefer the first book. There were things that felt recycled and repetitive, like the entire catacombs journey and going for the talsimans felt a lot like the riddles and puzzles part of the first book.Tho it was nice to see that the dragon wasn't actually Maleficent, I completely forgot about Madame Mim's existance.
It's interesting to see the differences with the movies, the different characters and things they changed, but there are things that make no sense. I' looking forward to read the following books to know how the author handles the changes they made for the movies.
