The Rom-Com Agenda by Jayne Denker

4.0

Quick Summary: A Before and After Romance

My Review: The Rom-Com Agenda by Jayne Denker was quite the romance. It was as if the main characters were at the wrong place at the right time...or should I say the right place at the wrong time?

About the Book: When Eli made plans to declare his heart to the woman of his dreams, little did he know what the outcome would be. Leah knew, however. As she heard this wonderful man profess his feelings for another, she understood what he did not.

When Eli and his close supporters ventured into Leah's place of business, she remembered what happened to him. From everything she learned about him, she saw that he was a good guy. He was a catch, just as he was. No change was needed. Whatever he was before the tragic event of days past didn't negate his awesomeness in the present. Could he become her forever after? More importantly, could she become his HEA?

My Final Say: This book was touching, especially when you consider that it was all about connection. It was about family and friends. It was about compassion and acts of kindness. It was about love. Readers who enjoy those themes will adore this story.
