The Shuddering
by Ania Ahlborn
O Brother Where Art Thou?
For those of you who read Brother and loved it, you should probably pass on this one. Silly, contrived b-grade monster fare involving 20 somethings caught in a cabin during a snowstorm while hungry creatures abound outside. Don't care about the characters, or their drama and nothing new or original about this very basic b-movie plot. Barely finished. And what was the deal with the chapter of the drunk plow driver's called in to work? That had absolutely nothing to do with the story.
