This is an awesome retelling of Cinderella! If you love A Cinderella Story with Hillary Duff and want it to be MM and spicy this is for you. It was so sweet and also like. bitter rivals. As the title says!
I really loved Hudson, sure he could be annoying, but overall he was a kind person. He cared so much for his friends and the people around him. He wasn’t too spoiled and he acknowledged he had privilege and tried to use it to help others. Tate at times made me want to bash my head against a wall because of how stubborn he was, but he was a sweet damaged baby. The spice was Immaculate and I loved every scene. Hudson’s friends and Alex were such sweet characters and I loved getting to know them. I haven’t read the previous books so I can’t wait to read the other characters books!
The reason I gave it four stars was because were times when it felt rushed and the pacing was off but overall I really enjoyed it! I’ve only read a few of Hayden’s books but I’m looking forward to reading more now!
