The Devious Husband
by Catharina Maura
Satisfying and Bittersweet
I’ve been a Windsor fan since book 1 and it’s been a long time coming for Sierra and Xavier to get their HEA. It’s been fun watching them battle it out as it were throughout the series in little and small ways. To finally see it all come to a head has been very satisfying, but also sad because I’ve loved living in this world and I hate goodbyes.
Sierra has always been a strong spitfire of a woman and really it’s always seemed the only one to match her vibe as it were was Xavier. Oh and what a match he was. This guy is hot, sexy, smart and crazy in all the best ways. He’s especially unhinged when it comes to Sierra. If he weren’t I don’t think anyone in the Windsor family would approve of him. He’s been a fixture with the family for a while, but he was still an enigma. You discover all of him along with Sierra and it’s so fantastic. These two have massive chemistry and it would seem everyone saw how much they belonged together way before Sierra ever did. I loved how they fought and how they loved. I enjoyed their journey so much. This book has so much passion, heartache and love. I’ve fallen in love with The Windsors Saga as a whole, but Xavier and Sierra really put the cherry on top. Expect plenty of spice, tension, drama and tons of love. Such a great book! 10/10 would recommend and again!
