As a Kent State alum, I become more horrified when I learn new information about the May 4 shootings. As a freshmen, we were required to attend a documentary screening about the incident and often encouraged visit the memorials and collections on campus. Backderf does an incredible job in this comic, of depicting the students and the events of the time. This should be required reading for all Kent students! I'm proud of where I went to school and will forever hold Allison, Bill, Jeff and Sandy in my heart.
