Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear

3.0

This book was decent in the form of information on why habits are important, and how to build better habits. But like most self improvement books, it goes on far too long.
Often times, I appreciate information, evidence, charts and so on.
This book however, kept having them over and over and over and over.
Almost as if to meet a page count or word count.
The basic information is good and helpful, but the book just went on longer than needed.
